Avioran helps its customers in their claims towards airlines for flight delays, cancellations, and matters of luggage. The primary goal of this first-stage MVP (Minimum Viable Product) was to establish a highly reliable, conversion-optimized web interface that educates travelers on their passenger rights and facilitates seamless intake of new claims.

The scope of work encompassed full UI/UX design from scratch, high-performance static frontend implementation, search engine optimization (SEO) targeting key airline claim search terms, and robust analytics event tracking.

We leveraged a modern, responsive layout utilizing Tailwind CSS for styling. This ensures that the platform is exceptionally quick to load and behaves flawlessly on mobile devices, which is critical for passengers filing claims directly from airport gates after a flight disturbance.
